I am an accomplished systems engineer specializing in business systems analysis, design and development. I have over 15 years of experience in all aspects of full life-cycle design, from initial system design and requirements gathering to final installation. Proven skills as not only a software developer, but as systems lead for projects ranging from small to multi-million dollar programs. I possess strong client relation skills resulting in the acquisition of multiple projects with current, as well as new clients.
At Globalscape, my primary responsibilities are supporting the internal operations of the company, and insuring that day-to-day as well as long term needs are being met. This includes maintaining existing systems, as well as creating new applications and components as needed. The primary system being supported is Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud. Salesforce tasks include everything from administrative configuration and custom workflows, triggers and components, to full custom Lightning Platform Applications. Outside of Salesforce, support is also provided for internal applications and dashboards written in C#, and Asp.Net. My responsibilities also include database maintenance and modifications, as well as custom reporting using MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and Excel.
